Quick answers before you reach out

A lot of the questions we get come up again and again. Here are the common ones — if your question isn’t covered, send us a note and we’ll get back to you.

How long do I have access to the course videos?
Unlimited. Once you enroll, you get permanent access to the course videos. Many physicians re-watch the intraoperative module the night before their first case — that’s exactly what the library is designed for.
Which course should I start with?
Most physicians new to endoscopic spine start with the Lumbar Facet Surgery Course — it’s the safest procedure, pays for itself after a single case, and teaches the fundamentals you’ll reuse across the series. If you’re already comfortable with the endoscope, Transforaminal Discectomy is a common second pick.
Do I need to bundle with the Lab Intensive?
Not required — but strongly recommended for first-time endoscopic surgeons. The bundle drops the effective lab price by over $2,000 compared to buying them separately, and you walk out of the lab with real reps on a cadaver before you operate on a patient.
Are CPT codes and dictation templates included?
Yes. Every course includes a module on dictation and billing, the exact CPT codes Dr. Mork uses, and the common denial pitfalls to avoid. This alone is why physicians tell us the course pays for itself after one case.
Can I talk to Dr. Mork directly if I get stuck?
Yes — direct email and phone support is part of the course. This is the reason most physicians choose ESA over a one-off weekend workshop: you can ask Dr. Mork about a real case before you scrub in.
Do you offer group or practice-wide licensing?
Yes. If you’re training a team of physicians, residents, or a hospital group, reach out using the form above and pick “Partnership / bulk license” — we’ll put together a quote.
